Kabob Fun

One of my favorite things to make is kabobs.  They are fun, healthy, quick, and creative!  Best of all, it's just the meal I need to get me out out of that winter blues funk.


Get creative with your kabobs.  Meat, veggies, and fruit make for great tasting meals.  

First, decide what you would like to pop onto your skewers.  

Second, select a mixture of seasonings and herbs to create a marinade.  I like to use olive oil, sea salt, gourmet pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, basil, and oregano.

Third, allow the meat, veggies, and fruit to marinate in separate bowls for 2-3 hours.

Fourth, place meat, veggies, and fruit on skewers in random order.


Fifth, place on grill for 10 minutes, turn the kabobs, and grill for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with fresh fruit for an added tangy twist to each bite.
